Have you ever has someone that seems to wait in the wings of your life hoping you to make a mistake or to lose your cool, so that they can jump on you? Imagine someone you see on a daily basis, someone who lives with you, they dont talk with you, their actions and attitude don't reflect any respect or even courtesy for you. In fact, it can even be imagined that they set out to make your life difficult.
Now, imagine that this person is your daughter and you love her a great deal. You have given her a great deal of space and you refuse to put your nose in her life as a show of trust for her. Rarely do you interject and only in the most dire of circumstances, you have only ever demanded that she graduate from high school and do her chores, which she shurks most of the time and you let slide.
