Oh I am so frusterated with my job. Grimma is at it again. I had a long discussion with James about how to deal with him but it seemed to have done no good. I am convinced that James thinks the problem is with me. But, when this bastard does things like puts in inappropriate music in the CD player at work, and then he hides the CDs that I have put in there because hes tired of hearing it. That's when I get angry. He also has been taking liberties with my staff, asking them to do things that are not what they are supposed to be doing. Basically, he is interfering in my job and involving himself where he doesn't belong. I have overlooked alot of transgressions by Grimma in an effort to get along. I have shined on alot of insults from him. But, it's going too far. I am nearly to the point of explosion because James won't do anything about it.

Basically, I've been praying alot asking for guidance and patience. I'm hoping that once his work area is available to him then he will be out of my hair. Frankly, I doubt it because he is an anal retentive prick. But, I have to hold on to faith that he will and all will be better.

On the positive side, things have been worked out with the HR department regarding my pay deductions. Basically, I got the big boss involved and he had the company absorb the cost of my move. I will have a small amount taken out of my pay to cover a loan the company made to me. Very nice!! In addition, they are paying for the rest of my stuff to be moved here from California. That means alot of my wifes clothes and our kitchen table will be here soon. Yipee!! Games Workshop is such a great company. Too bad some of the people they hire are crap.
